This 2-hour session is in-person. The session can be in-home (travel fees may apply) or in-office in the Reading or Lancaster area.
Your session includes a pre-session intake form, verbal intake review, full body soothing touch, pelvic trigger points, fascial toning & release, somatic processing with pelvic organs, and optional internal assessment for trigger point release of pelvic floor muscles. Guided pyscho-therapeutic somatic processing may also arise as an option..
Imagine all of your womb waters: uterine lining, bladder contents, vaginal secretions, fascial tissue fluid! These are all nested together in your pelvic bowl. This bowl is at the bottom of your whole anatomy - holding it all up & in - and how often do we check-in and listen to these vital parts? How can we bring more gentle attention to ease the flowing of fluids here?
Many of us have pelvic congestion or downright blocks in our pelvic bowls. This poor circulation can lead to compromises in organ, tissue, muscle, and structural function. This can show up as: tight muscles, loose or weak muscles, pinching nerve sensation, dull or no sensation, pain during menstruation or during sex. This session brings loving-kind awareness to areas seeking help for opening & softening. This session also complements pelvic physical therapy by easing fascia and muscle tension to set new patterns for pelvic holding.
This session is not diagnostic and I am happy to provide referral for full pelvic physical therapy!
