Everything of the Holistic Pelvic Session and more! The total ceremony container is 6+ hours.
We have a 1-hour intake call to discuss your pelvic history and your intention for the ceremony. We also have a 1-hour intregration call to de-brief, review, and set a path for how your ceremonial bodywork will continue to support new rituals in your self-tenderness & care practices. These calls can be video call if you prefer.
The ceremony is different from the session. The ceremony has a clear build-up and come-down that can come alive outside your in-person session or calls. The “session” will have lasting benefits, but the work of the session stays contained to your time with me.
In ceremony, we infuse the space with power objects on an altar and consecration/prayer in our hearts. We slow down the whole process to honor and open space for a more concentrated aliveness to take up residence in your intention and your whole body. Each part of the process, all the way to disrobing, takes on meaning and mindfulness. During the approximately 4 hour in-person bodywork session, every area of your body will get loving tender touch before we begin pelvic exploration for fascial release, trigger point release, pleasure awakening (optional), and somatic embodiment of the areas “down there.”
